Who this is

Flush First is a book by Philip Winning. This website, flush-first.com, is run by Winning Media (PO Box 112, Ashgrove QLD 4060, Australia). This policy covers flush-first.com only. The reader tools that come with the book are at infiniteframework.com, which has its own policy. If you buy the book, you buy it from Amazon or another bookseller, and their privacy policy covers that purchase.

What we collect

Very little. This site has no forms, no accounts and no checkout, so it never asks for your name or your email address.

Automatically: like every website, the server that hosts this one keeps a log of visits (your IP address, your browser and the pages requested) so the site can be kept running and secure.

With your consent: standard analytics (pages visited, roughly how you found the site) through Google Analytics, and only after you have accepted cookies. See Cookies below.

Who we share it with

Only the services it takes to put this site in front of you:

• SiteGround. Hosting, and the server logs described above.
• Google Fonts. The site’s typeface is loaded from Google, which sees your IP address when your browser asks for it.
• Google Analytics. Site analytics, only if you have accepted cookies.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. Some of these services are based overseas, mainly in the United States, so some data is processed outside Australia as a normal part of using them.

The buttons that say “Get the book” are links to Amazon. Nothing about you is sent with them. What Amazon collects once you are there is between you and Amazon.

Cookies

A cookie banner shows the first time you visit. If you choose necessary cookies only, Google Analytics does not load at all. Beyond remembering that choice, this site sets no cookies of its own. To change your choice, open cookie settings. Clearing your browser’s site data for flush-first.com also brings the banner back.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to run the site and meet our own record-keeping obligations, and no longer than that on purpose.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email success@infiniteframework.com and we will deal with it directly.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or who we share it with changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
